ROPAJA
is a small fancier of the German Shepherd Dog located
on the West side of Atlanta in Douglas County. I received my
first German Shepherd Dog in 1971 and have never owned another
breed. My heart and soul are bound up with my dogs. Due
to my choice of lifestyle, I do very little breeding usually
once every 3-5 years. When not showing, I stay an active
member of the GSDC of Atlanta, (AND The Parent Club) helping
out with shows, trophy donations, Over the years, I have
served on our Board of Directors and several committees; put
CDs on my own dogs, and followed the dogs/bitches that were
producing and winning. Due to my choice of lifestyle, I
only have so much quality time to spend with my dogs and only
have so much space for them, therefore I limit my breeding and
my involvement to what fits my lifestyle. My breeding
plans are based on the GSD standard with temperament and
intelligence as the foundation and if they turn out to be
“show quality” that is icing on the cake… Within those
limitations, my breeding's have produced quality animals from
good stock that any fellow exhibitor would be proud to own and
show.
